Salesforce, Slack, Sheets, the ad platforms and CRMs you already run — we build on what you have.

Where the hours go

On the fit check we walk through how your team actually works and find the places the hours leak. These are the usual ones in media, adtech and agency ops. Yours will be different — that's the point of the call.

  • Client reporting

TodaySpend and results copied from four platforms into a deck the night before the call.

AfterPulled on a schedule, cleaned, and in the sheet before you’re in. You check it, you send it.

  • Outreach

TodayLeads researched by hand, emails written one at a time, follow-ups forgotten.

AfterLeads found and drafts written for you. Every send waits for your approval; every reply lands in the CRM.

  • Insertion orders and confirmations

TodayIOs and confirmations move through the inbox by hand and get lost between people.

AfterDrafted the moment they arrive, filed once you approve.

  • Client updates

TodayStatus updates written from memory on Friday afternoon.

AfterDrafted from what actually happened this week. You edit, you send.

  • Research

TodayCompetitor and market checks whenever someone finds the time.

AfterParallel searches, one document with sources, on demand.

  • Inbox

TodayEverything urgent and everything else in the same pile.

AfterSorted by what needs you, replies drafted, nothing sent without your approval.

Ask first

We watch how you work, then tell you what to change. If nothing is worth building, we say so.

Is this you?

Three ways it usually starts. If yours is different, ask first.

01

You run an agency

Client reporting, status updates and new-business follow-ups eat the hours you sell. You want them done before the account manager logs in.

Start with a Starter Session, €290
02

You're in media or adtech ops

Insertion orders, campaign reports and inventory checks move through inboxes and spreadsheets by hand, and nobody owns fixing it.

Start with a Starter Session, then a Sprint if it fits
03

You run operations in DACH

AVV, a data map, invoices with VAT, and a preference that nothing leaves the building. You want it set up by someone who works under the same rules.

Start with a Starter Session, AVV signed first

What we offer

Two ways in. Prices on the page.

Fixed prices, no hourly billing. The Starter is a session with us; the Sprint is a project we deliver and hand over. You know the price before we start.

Prices excl. VAT.

What counts as a workflow?

One trigger, one outcome, up to three connected apps, at most one approval step. “A new form submission creates a lead in the CRM and posts a summary to Slack” is one workflow. “Improve our sales process” isn't.

How it works

Four steps. The first and the last are free.

  1. Fit check

We check whether there's a real process to fix and which package fits. If it isn't a fit, we say so.

  2. Session, or plan

Starter sets it up live, together; Sprint starts with a discovery call and a written plan within 48 hours.

  3. Build and handover

Working systems, the recording or the handover pack, and your passwords in your own vault, not ours.

  4. Check-in

Thirty days after handover: what broke, what to do next.

Every engagement ends with working systems, a written handover, and your credentials in your own vault.

01

Working systems

Running before we hang up. Not a slide deck.

02

Written handover

What was built, who has access, how to change it.

03

Your vault

You type every password. We never hold one.

04

The guarantee

If nothing is running at the end, you don't pay the final invoice.

The person on your fit check runs eight automations of his own — inbox, morning brief, research, backups — about eight hours a week recovered, every number counted.

How we handle your data

AVV first

When we touch personal data we sign a data processing agreement before anything else.

A data map, handed over

What flows where, which providers, in which country. Your GDPR records are right on day one.

Nothing has to leave the building

Local models on your own hardware are a real option. We've built them.

English or German

Remote across Europe, in person where distance allows.

Questions, answered

Something missing? Ask on the fit check, or write to support@atlasally.net

Is this for individuals or companies?

Businesses and self-employed professionals. We sell to businesses only, so checkout asks for a company name.

Which tools do you work with?

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, local models via Ollama and similar, n8n, Make, Zapier, MCP servers, coding agents, Google Workspace, and the CRM you already use. We pick per job, not per brand.

What if 90 minutes isn't enough?

We say so at the start, not the end. Anything that needs a second sitting is a repeat session at €190, or a Sprint if it's grown into one.

Who holds the passwords?

You. In a Starter Session you type every login yourself on screen share. In a Sprint we work as an invited member of your accounts and hand access back at handover — it's a checklist item, with a date.

Where are you, and can we meet in person?

Germany. We work remotely across Europe and in person where distance allows. English or German.

Can I get a proper invoice with VAT?

Yes. German businesses pay 19% VAT. EU businesses outside Germany with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge.

Is this the same as the Atlas Ally agent?

No. Services is a separate offer: we build automations with you on your own tools — Salesforce, Slack, Sheets, the CRM you already run. The Atlas Ally agent is a different product, sold separately, and you don't need it to work with us.

Free, no slides, and we'll tell you if you don't need us.
