Security

The AI does the work. You keep the data — and the receipts.

Atlas Ally was built so you never have to trade your data for the help. Your agent runs on its own server, not a shared cloud — and everything it does is on the record.

Where your data lives

One dedicated server per customer, in the EU. Your apps connect to it, not to a shared cloud.

What that means in practice

Five commitments.

01

Your own private server, not a shared cloud

Every agent runs on its own dedicated server in the EU (Hetzner) — one per customer. Your data never sits on shared infrastructure, and only you and the people you invite can access it.

02

Encrypted in transit, isolated at rest

Your connection to Atlas Ally is encrypted in transit, and your data lives on your own dedicated server — never on shared infrastructure.

03

GDPR-first: export or delete, anytime

You own your data. You can export or delete everything at any time, and we never train AI on your data. Because your data stays on your own server, GDPR conversations stay short.

04

Every action logged — that's your audit trail

A running record of everything your agent does — what it did, why, each step it took, and every file or resource it touched. Reviewable or exportable at any time.

05

Nothing writes without your approval

Read-only work is logged automatically. Anything that writes to your apps — like sending an email or updating a sheet — waits in the approval feed until you say go. Nothing sends itself.
