How these entries are made

The use-case library collects workflows that people have described in public. This page explains how an entry gets written and who answers for it.

Where entries come from

Each entry rests on one public source, such as a post, a blog article, or a vendor write-up. The entry links to it and shows the domain and the month. We do not name private individuals and we do not copy their wording.

AI-assisted drafting

An AI model drafts each entry in English and in German from the public source. The label "Drafted with AI assistance" appears on every entry. The model and the prompt version are recorded with the entry.

Checks before publishing

Automated checks test every draft for the right language, copied text, a working source link, and wording that promises results. A separate review step then scores the draft. Entries that pass are published. Entries that do not pass are held back.

How the prompts are made

Every prompt task has its own prompt for each of ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini and Mistral Vibe. A prompt uses only features that agent offers according to our list of its features, and some features depend on your plan. An AI model drafts each prompt in English and in German, and a review step then scores it. Automated checks test each prompt for instructions that would have the agent act on its own, such as sending, paying or deleting, and a prompt that fails them is not published. Every prompt ends with an "Ask before acting" line, so the agent shows you its result and waits for your approval. Every prompt page carries the label "Drafted with AI assistance and checked automatically. A person is responsible for the collection."
