Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (André Filipe Gomes Faria, trading as Atlas Ally, Schillerpromenade 10, 12049 Berlin, Germany, telephone +49 176 45716600, email support@atlasally.net) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online through the function “Withdraw from contract” (German: “Vertrag widerrufen”) at atlasally.net/withdraw-contract. The German page is at atlasally.net/vertrag-widerrufen. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (for example by email) without delay, with information on the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. We use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees because of this reimbursement.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires early once we have begun performing the contract (sending the prompt pack), after you have expressly agreed that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period ends, you have confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal through your consent once performance begins, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract under § 312f BGB.
