Connect Telegram
The default way: one tap
From your dashboard's Telegram page, start the connection and you'll get an Open Telegram button with your pairing code already filled in:
- Tap Open Telegram
- Press Start in the chat that opens
- That's it — the dashboard page updates by itself once the connection binds
If the link doesn't work on your device, open Telegram, find the bot, and send it the code shown in your dashboard (you can request a new code from the same screen).
Using your own bot instead
If you'd rather run your own Telegram bot, create one with BotFather (send it /newbot) and paste the token it gives you into the Advanced connection field. Then open your new bot in Telegram and send it the message "hello" — it replies with a short pairing code (something like YX83NRH2), which you paste back into the dashboard to finish. The token is never shown again once you've connected it — see API keys & bot tokens, explained for how credentials like this are handled.
What Telegram is for
Once connected, Telegram is a supported chat channel — you can reach your agent from any device in plain chat, and it can deliver briefs and updates there too. Actions in your connected apps still run from your web dashboard, where anything that writes waits for your approval.
